Suncore Industries offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all suspension products.
30 day money back guarantee and 90 day return policy on UNUSED and UNINSTALLED products. A 15% re-stocking fee will be implemented for product sent back outside of the time frame set forth.
Air springs, air struts, shocks, complete strut assemblies and conversion kits are covered for lifetime from defects in materials or workmanship.
Compressors & electronic products warranties are limited to 1 year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Compressor warranty will be voided if all air suspension components were not replaced prior to installation of the compressor. (NOTE: The #1 cause for failed compressors is a leak in the air suspension system.) Verification of such will be required.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage (scratches, nicks and dents). The warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident, misuse, water, flood, fire, or any act of nature or external cause. The warranty does not cover improper installation or a product that was modified or altered without written consent of Suncore Industries.
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product and an invoice, sales order or receipt for the purchase must be provided as well as a warranty claim form in order to claim your warranty.
The warranty is null and void if the installation is not performed by an ASE certified mechanic. It is required to submit a receipt or proof of installation was completed by an ASE certified mechanic with your warranty claim form.
Suncore Industries will pay for the freight and provide shipping labels for the return of any goods covered under warranty and pay for freight to provide replacement parts for all customers located in the lower 48 states of the United States. Suncore Industries will NOT pay for freight for UNUSED and UNINSTALLED product - customer responsible for freight and may be subject to 15% restocking fee. The customer must pay for freight to return items that are located in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and all other foreign countries and a deposit for the replacement item will be required. The deposit less the freight cost to ship the replacement item will be refunded upon receipt of the warrantied item.
The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
In no event shall Suncore Industries be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Suncore Industries product or from defects in the Suncore Industries product. Cost of removal and installation and other labor claims are not included or covered under this warranty. Suncore Industries obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product.
Suncore retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with new or remanufactured product) the product or offer refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.
Online and Auction Purchases: Products purchased directly from Suncore Industries, all warranty claims will be handled directly by Suncore Industries. If you have purchased a Suncore Industries item from a 3rd party seller all warranty claims must be submitted directly through the 3rd party.
To obtain warranty replacement, fill out the warranty claim form; provide original invoice, sales order or receipt; and verification of installation by a certified ASE technician and submit via fax to 954-323-0813 or scan and e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our warranty department will contact you within 48 hours of submission. Warranty department will provide you with a RMA # along with a return shipping label (if located in the lower 48 states of US – if outside of the lower 48 states, customer is required to receive an RMA # and ship back to Suncore with shipper of their own discretion and ensuring RMA # included.) Customer is required to ship back with the defective parts a copy of their original invoice, sales order, or receipt; verification of installation by certified technician; and their warranty claim form. Upon receipt of the product, warranty will be processed within 7-10 business days.
