TERMS and CONDITIONS
The use of this site acknowledges you have read, and agree to the terms
and conditions. All sales are considered complete when the product is
shipped. ( All cancellations must be performed prior to completion
of shipping. Most orders are shipped the same day if order is completed
by 3:00 pm EST, but can take up to five. If for any reason your order
is delayed longer than five days you will be notified by phone or e-mail.
Suncore is not responsible for lost or misdirected e-mail confirmations.
In the event of a refund Suncore will mail a company check to the bill
to address listed on your order. If you have any questions or concerns

this site for illegal activity is strictly prohibited. The use of this
site is subject to the laws of the county of Broward in the state of Florida
and US Federal Law. Any dispute, lawsuit, or claim against Suncore Industries
Inc., or any name by which Suncore does business under must be venue in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. We reserve the right to change or amend
any term, condition, or warranty contained on this site or in any literature
at any time for any reason.
Any controversy or claim that arises out of or relating to this Agreement or any of our services
will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the US
commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any
controversy or claim will be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall
not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of
any other party. Any arbitration shall be conducted in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any
court having jurisdiction thereof.
SHIPPING and PAYMENT POLICIES
We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER as acceptable
methods of payment. C.O.D. is available for US orders only and is subject
to approval by Suncore Industries. The following is a breakdown of our
shipping policy.
- SuncoreIndustries.com,
SuncoreIndustries.com, All shipping quotes are based on actual weights
and number of items ordered. Example: Two three pound items will ship at
six pounds. All sales that are shipped within the state of Florida are
subject to a 6.00% sales tax. Unless a resale certificate is faxed to
Suncore Industries Inc. (954) 783-2274. The resale certificate is
subject to Suncore Industries Inc. approval. Suncore Industries Inc.
reserves the right to reject fraudulent attempts to evade the Florida
state sales tax. All addresses outside of the state of Florida will not
incur any sales tax.
- P.O. Boxes: UPS is our
preferred shipper and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Physical
addresses only. All guaranteed delivery time shipments must be completed
by 3:00 pm EST.
- International Orders:
All orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide
Expedited, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority.

might be likely to cause discredit or disparagement is also strictly
prohibited. Suncore Industries Inc. will prosecute all violators to the
fullest extent of the law.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
SuncoreIndustries.com, SuncoreIndustries.com is a United States based
company that primarily sells automotive parts to commercial accounts and
residents worldwide. If you wish to have a part shipped outside of the
United States then approval and proper arrangements must be given by
Suncore Industries Inc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but
for the protection of our international customers and our obligation to
follow United States export laws w must ask you to get a country approval.
We will not ship to some countries due to United States export laws and
that countries import laws. If you have any further questions about our
international shipping accounts and methods and to verify your country is
approved please contact us at 888-259-1505 or sales@suncoreindustries.com.
WARRANTIES
SuncoreIndustries.com, SuncoreIndustries.com offers several warranty
classes. Product warranties vary from Lifetime replacement to one year if
the part no longer functions due to a defect. Compressor "Dryer Included." Warranties are
for twelve months. If the air bag component is not replaced before the
Compressor "Dryer Included." is replaced the warranty on the Compressor "Dryer Included." is void. A leak
causes the Compressor "Dryer Included." to work strenuously and promotes early failure. Air
suspension parts have one and two year warranties against defect. All
warranties are non-transferable. Commercial vehicles are not covered under
warranty. Warranty is for part replacement only. Misuse, alteration or
disassembly of part voids warranty. Parts must be inspected by Suncore
Industries Inc. before issueing credit or replacing part under warranty.
Air suspension warnings must be followed to ensure full warranty
replacement. All air suspension conversions come with lifetime warranties
against defect. Parts that are damaged due to incorrect installation or
mistreatment are not covered under this warranty. SuncoreIndustries.com,
SuncoreIndustries.com does not express or imply any warranty as to
performance of any part sold. SuncoreIndustries.com, SuncoreIndustries.com
is not liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of parts
purchased on these sites, including but not limited to punitive, indirect,
direct, incidental, and consequential damages.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Any part
purchased on SuncoreIndustries.com or SuncoreIndustries.com websites can
be returned for a period of 30 days. The part must be unused, in it's
original package (No wrapping or seals can be broken), and must be in
resalable condition. Once an order has been shipped the customer must
follow all return procedures. If the wrong part is shipped
SuncoreIndustries.com, SuncoreIndustries.com will absorb all expenses in
the return of the part. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all
returns (except incorrectly packaged Returns). If you have any questions

CORE RETURN POLICY
***CORE = O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part that is being replaced.***
Some of our parts require you to return the original part back to us. This is called a core. If that is the case, a CORE DEPOSIT charge which will be noted in the item pricing. If you were charged a core deposit as noted on your invoice. The CORE DEPOSIT charge will be refunded shortly after we receive the original part back from you. IMPORTANT: Return shipment of a CORE is the responsibility of the customer to drop off at a UPS facility. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping a CORE back to us if you do not ship it through UPS with our prepaid shipping label.
- All core returns must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box.
- No unboxed core returns will be accepted.
- Core return items containing fluids shall be drained completely and wrapped
in plastic or placed in a plastic bag or container before being placed in the original manufacturer’s box.
- All core returns must be in rebuildable condition to be accepted for credit.
- All core returns must be assembled before being placed in the box.
- What you receive is what we expect back.
- All core return shipping charges shall be prepaid by Suncore Industries Inc..
- Core returns must have part numbers listed on the outside of the box
and be securely boxed for shipment.
- Core returns are to be shipped to Suncore Industries Inc. at
