Suncore Industries was established in 2000 and have been a member of the Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association (APRA) ever since. Our mission began with rebuilding air suspension components and moved quickly into offering better solutions with conventional suspension conversion kits to give our customers the longevity they can rely on.

The most common reason for an air strut failure is due to dry rotting of the air bag. This is something that happens over time, the air bag starts to deteriorate and causes leaks, when this happens the air bag can no longer hold air pressure. A leaking air bag can cause the strut it fits over to fail as well. The second factor of an air strut failure is the strut itself. The strut is pressurized with fluid, and if the strut begins to fail it will no longer have the same pressure to hold the vehicle. If this system begins to fail one visible sign will be that your vehicle will be lower than factory height. If Air Struts are not replaced on time, it will cause an Air Suspension Compressor Failure.

Easy to install on my 2008 Nav L. Took me and a friend less than 2 hours. Towing a camper around 6k pounds loaded and these are working great.

I bought the air suspension kit from Suncore and I had issues. After replacing the solenoids a couple of times, I reluctantly switched to these. I tow my 27 ft Grady White boat around the country with my 2010 Lincoln Navigator L so I was concerned that the traditional suspension system would sag when towing. That was far from the truth. I honestly can't tell a difference between my working air suspension and these. I am very impressed. I have no idea how Suncore designed these to not sag but still have a comfortable ride. I wish that I would have switched years ago. I tried really hard to make the air system work since I tow a lot. It was a waste of time and money. I would recommend everyone to make the switch. My air suspension light is on, but honestly, it was on before too since it was always giving some type of an issue. Based on the site, I don't think it is intended for the L, but it works great. I didn't have to do any changes to the suspension, it bolted on just like the others. After several failed air solenoids from Suncore with the air system, they sent me this standard suspension system at no cost.

I installed these and they worked great, Three weeks later I was sideswiped by another driver and my car was totaled. Not to the struts fault.

Do you have anything available to disable the service air suspension message after installing this kit on a 2010 expedition?
