Suncore Industries was established in 2000 and have been a member of the Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association (APRA) ever since. Our mission began with rebuilding air suspension components and moved quickly into offering better solutions with conventional suspension conversion kits to give our customers the longevity they can rely on.
The most common reason for an air strut failure is due to dry rotting of the air bag. This is something that happens over time, the air bag starts to deteriorate and causes leaks, when this happens the air bag can no longer hold air pressure. A leaking air bag can cause the strut it fits over to fail as well. The second factor of an air strut failure is the strut itself. The strut is pressurized with fluid, and if the strut begins to fail it will no longer have the same pressure to hold the vehicle. If this system begins to fail one visible sign will be that your vehicle will be lower than factory height. If Air Struts are not replaced on time, it will cause an Air Suspension Compressor Failure.

Vehicle: Chevrolet Avalanche 2013 LTZ with Autoride Suspension Recently purchased rear shock from your company and I am interested in purchasing the front struts. Question I have is part #151G-31-F a fit for my vehicle. What’s throwing me off is your note excluding Flex-Fuel vehicles. My vehicle has flex fuel capability and it also has 20 inch wheels. Not sure what the flex fuel has to do with the autoride suspension. Please let me know as soon as you can I am ready to make my purchase I am very please with the rear shocks that I purchased from you.
Hello, I apologize as our front conversion does not work with the Flex Fuel models as the front struts on the flex are actually quite a bit shorter than the standard fuel versions we have come to find that if you use these front struts on the flex models the end result is the front end sits about 3-4 inches high so we have excluded the flex fuel models from the fitment
Does the resistor go in place of the level sensors or does it go in place of the wires that are on the top of a front z55 strut?
Hello, The resistor is to be wired in to the wires that run to the top of each shock for the dampening circuit the resistor will be wired in line or the two wires to the top of each shock and will not matter which wire goes to which side
I have a 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV Premium package. Will this kit work for my truck?
Hello, Yes these are the correct front conversion struts for your 2013 escalade ESV model these will fit to all factory mounting location Thank you
Hello. Does this fit Escalade 2011 esv? How do I know if I does or doesn’t ? Thanks.
Hello, Yes this is the front passive conversion strut for the front of your 2011 Escalade ESV these are designed off the factory OE strut so they should fit to the factory mounts the exact same way as the struts coming off if you have any further questions please feel free to ask Thank you
Will these fit my 2009 Escalade Esc 2wd?
Hello, Yes, this will fit your vehicle. It will convert you out of electronics and Magneride.
i have a 2014 Yukon Denali XL 4wd , will these work on it
Hello, thank you for your question. Our 151G-31-F conversion struts are fully compatible with your 14' Yukon. Our non-electronic struts will bring your vehicle to factory height and include resistors to bypass the dash light. Let us know if you have further questions!
2007 suburban ltz 4 wheel drive flex fuel - will these work for the front of my vehicle? Thanks
Hello, we are glad to help. We do not carry conversion parts for a Flex Fuel model, the strut size is going to be different and the ride quality will not be up to standard. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
the first questions here talked about the vehicle being flex fuel or not.. looks like the note was removed..do these fit all now or still non flex vehicles
Hello, I am glad to help you with this. At this time we do not offer front struts for a Flex Fuel model. Flex Fuel models require a different length strut and the quality of the ride will not be as designed. We apologize for the inconvenience, please feel free to ask additional questions! -Stephanie
WOULD THESE FIT A 2015 SUBURBAN LTZ>
Hi Austin, Yes, this part is compatible with your model. Let us know if you need anything else. -Stephanie

Does this work for a 2015 Sierra Denali ?
Hi Eric, unfortunately these parts are not compatible with your vehicle. We do not carry front struts for your year model, I do apologize!
i have a 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ 5.3L with flex fuel, i see the comments about this kit not working with flex fuel vehicles, why would the suspension be any different. Or would this kit work for converting my suspension?
Hi Marcus, you can convert your vehicle to passive suspension on a Flex Fuel. Some models have a Z95 sports package which are a shorter base on the shock absorber it's self, so this is not compatible with a standard length shock absorber. If you purchase this kit and are having fitment issue, please reach out so we can get you taken care of. Have a good day!
what is the correct kit/part numbers for a 2015 yukon denali 4x4 front and rear? if i am going to change front i might as well do them both at the same time. thanks
Hi Sean, the complete kit for your vehicle is 151G-30-4-ASSY. This has parts for all 4 corners and includes bypass resistors.
I have a 2017 GMC Denali 1500 with the mag ride I put 2” level kit on it . Will these work and does it lift it any more ?
Brian, unfortunately our parts will not be compatible. Our parts will not fit with any alterations to your suspension. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
I have a 2015 Escalade with magnetic shock system. Is this the correct part to convert to regular system?
Hello, yes this part is compatible with your 2015 model. We include bypass resistors as well for your dash light. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a good day! -Stephanie
Any chance you will offer a similar conversion kit for a 2015 Sierra Denali 1500 (with Z95 Magnetic Ride Control)? Thanks
Keith, at this time we do not offer a conversion for your vehicle. I do apologize for the inconvenience, hopefully we will soon manufacture a similar kit. We hope you have a great day! -Stephanie
Are their any disadvantages to using the bypass? Will it change the ride or handling on my 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali 6.2L?
Dan, thank you for reaching out. Yes this part is compatible with your vehicle! Typically conversion parts are more stiff, however it offers better handling and cornering. You can place your order on our website for free shipping and we will get you taken care of. -Stephanie
I’ve compared part numbers on either the flex vs gas on the front struts through Chevy and both are the same, is there a difference in your struts?
Josh, I'm glad to help with this! For conversion a Flex Fuel model will use the same part number as a standard Z55 model. If you are looking for a conversion (150G-31-F) this part will also be compatible for your model. Please let me know if you have additional questions. -Stephanie
What is the Z95 exclusion for?
Shane, The Z95 exclusion is for the sports package. The sports suspension has a shorter shock absorber to give your vehicle a lower profile. Unfortunately our parts are not compatible with this Z95 package. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask! Have a good day.
Will these fit a 2009 Escalade ESV (AWD) Luxury Edition with Flex Fuel?
Josh, Yes these conversion struts are compatible with your vehicle. Do keep in mind you are converting out of electronic suspension, resistors are included with the kit. Please let us know if any further assistance is needed. Have a good day!

Hi Brent, Yes this will convert the front suspension on a 2015 Suburban. This will get you out of electronics and into a passive suspension, this kit does include resistors as well to bypass a dash light. Please let us know if you need anything else! -Stephanie
2015 Tahoe LTZ 4WD 5.3L... It appears this will work with it, but can Suncore please confirm? Also, if struts get changed later on, would the conversion kit still work? Thank you.
Greg, Yes these parts are compatible with your model! Keep in mind they are a conversion part so you will have resistors included to bypass your dash light. Please let us know if you need any further help with this part!
Do the resistors eliminate the dash light completely Because every time I start the Denali I have to clear the code
Hi Scott, Our resistors will keep an open circuit for the shock portion of your suspension only. It will not eliminate a dash light pertaining to your compressor. Please let us know if you need anything else. -Stephanie
hello , I purchased this kit as well as the rear shocks from you guys for a 2012 escalade ext. The install was strait forward and the ride quality is good. But we cannot get the service suspension system light to go off. We put the bypass modules in all 4 corners where they plugged into the shock. Any suggestions?
Robert, Our resistors only keep an open circuit for the shock/strut portion of your suspension. If you have a faulty compressor or height sensors this will not bypass this light, we do apologize.
My 2015 table LTZ has parlay bouncy front struts. Will this product work for my model? These mag ride shock absorbers are notorious for failure and I no longer have warranty coverage. Also, I run 24” wheels for the summer only does that still exclude?
Hi fred, Yes this is compatible, however it will not work with 24" wheels. The shock absorber is not long enough to fit the wheel gap for larger wheels. We apologize for the inconvenience, we hope you have a great day.
Hello, I have read all of the customer questions and confused about the compatibility of the 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. I am seeing yes and no. I have the z95 magneride version. What are my options. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Mike, Our parts are not compatible with a Z95 suspension. This is a sports package that has a lower profile shock absober in the front. These parts are only compatible with Z55 and Flex Fuel models. We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have any parts for your vehicle. Have a good day, Stephanie
Will this replace my 2016 Escalade esv auto ride front shocks? It has 22” wheels
Hi JR, These parts are conversion, although they replace your current parts they are a non-electronic. This will give you a more stiff ride, however its better handling and cornering. We include bypass resistors as well to remove your dash light. Please let us know if you need any additional help.
Will this part fit my 2016 Chevy Tahoe LTZ an will eliminate any dash light when I use the part
Kembrell, Yes these parts are compatible with your 2016 model. Keep in mind they are conversion. This means your suspension will now have a passive system with resistors to bypass your light. Please let us know if you need anything else, have a good day. -Stephanie
I have a 2015 Escalade with a leaking front right strut. What is your suggestion to fix my problem? I have read your information. How do I determine what suspension package? It is 4 wd
I have a 2015 Tahoe LTZ 2wd Will these fit my Tahoe I’m seeing yes and seeing no in the above comments ..thanks
Steven, Yes these will fit! Resistors are included as well for the dash light. Please let us know if you have further questions. -Stephanie
I see that this set will work with my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Do you have the rear shocks available for this vehicle w/ passive resistors?
John, I recommend 150G-30-R-RES for your rear conversion. We do not yet have them cataloged for your year model, however we are working on getting this listed shortly! They will bolt in the same and include resistors to bypass your dash light. If you need further help, please reach out. -Stephanie
i have a 2014 cadillac escalade esv platinum with the z95 suspension will these work
Billy, Our conversion struts exclude Z95 sports suspension. The sports package is a lower profile and has a shorter shock absorber, this strut will raise your vehicle about 2" We do apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have parts for your model at this time. If you have further questions please let us know. -Stephanie
I have a 2015 GMC YUKON DENALI with 20”wheels and Z95 suspension. Would like to bypass magnetic ride control. Do you offer struts and air shocks to do this.
Rick, Our kit excludes Z95 sports suspension. Z95 sports package is a lower profile and the strut is about 2" shorter so ours will lift your vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this because the quality of the ride will not meet the standard for your vehicle. Please let us know if you need any thing else. -Stephanie
Will these fit my 2011 Yukon Denali 6.2 liter flex fuel
I need to replace the front struts on our 2010 Cadillac escalade base model flex fuel, but it has 22'' wheels so is it compatible with my car?
My wife has a 2010 base model Cadillac Escalade w 22” wheels how do I tell if it has the Z95 suspension?
I have a 2015 Yukon xl denali, will part number 151G-31-F work for me and successfully bypass the electronic struts?
I have a 2012 Escalade EXT. I read that your conversion kits will give you a stiffer ride. That is a negative for me if anything I would like a softer ride. What can you recommend? I have read forums where most customers were complaining about stiff ride and GM came out with a bulletin changing the computer and all 4 dampeners on certain vehicles. what can I get that will be softer than original?
Hello, Will this kit fit my 2015 LTZ Tahoe with magnetic ride control and 22" wheels?
I have a 2011 esv with the z95, I actually want the truck to be a bit higher so I can run a larger tire. Can I swap your front struts in knowing this or will it cause issues with fitting elsewhere? Thanks!
I have a 07 Chevy Avalanche with aftermarket 22in wheels. Will these kit work with the wheels.
I have a 2015 Tahoe LTZ 4 wheel drive with 24 inch wheels will your kit work on my vehicle
I have a 2015 Suburban LTZ with Magneride. The vehicle has a small 3-1/2" lift at the front to level it out. We tried to use the sensor relocation brackets but they did not work per the manufacturer of the lift kit. The front shocks are now locked, stiff as can be and leaking. I would like to delete the magneride for the front. Will the added 3-1/2" height be a problem? My rear shocks with auto leveling are ok but will there be any issues with front delete, rear stock sensors to remain?
