Suncore Industries was established in 2000 and have been a member of the Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association (APRA) ever since. Our mission began with rebuilding air suspension components and moved quickly into offering better solutions with conventional suspension conversion kits to give our customers the longevity they can rely on.
The most common reason for an air strut failure is due to dry rotting of the air bag. This is something that happens over time, the air bag starts to deteriorate and causes leaks, when this happens the air bag can no longer hold air pressure. A leaking air bag can cause the strut it fits over to fail as well. The second factor of an air strut failure is the strut itself. The strut is pressurized with fluid, and if the strut begins to fail it will no longer have the same pressure to hold the vehicle. If this system begins to fail one visible sign will be that your vehicle will be lower than factory height. If Air Struts are not replaced on time, it will cause an Air Suspension Compressor Failure.

Son has a 2005 Mercedes E500 4matic sedan and it says this kit works. My question is can i just change the rear bags to Coil Springs?
Hello, we are glad to help! With this conversion you can convert just the rear, however please keep in mind front conversion will not be compatible with a 4matic model. Let us know if you have any further questions, we are happy to assist. -Stephanie
With this rear kit in will the front raise to ride height if I keep the front air struts 2006 cls 500 are will I need to buy the front as well
Adam, With a partial conversion you will still have self leveling air ride in the front! The rear will always stay at factory height. When you convert just one end you will have a dash light, this can only be removed when both ends are converted and a Star Scanner is used to disable air suspension. If you have further questions please let us know. -Stephanie
Hi there, I have an 04 E320 wagon. If I buy the conversion kit, will I need to purchase any other suspension items to make this work? Thanks
Jaridd, You will not need any additional parts, however you will not be able to bypass your light until all 4 corners are converted. The part you are looking at is only rear conversion. Please let me know if you need help with anything else.
Hello! I have a w211 wagon from 2004 2.2 CDI with rear air springs. Do you have a compatible conversion kit for my car? Thx!
In the capability chart for the 2004 e320, it says 4matic sedan, and the base sedan, but it does not say anything about the wagon. I was looking at a kit from a different company and they said that their kit does not fit the wagon. They also said that they do not where to get one that does. Can you help?
